By registering for, attending, or participating in any event hosted by Ultimate Shop Small Events LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Participation

All vendors, sponsors, and attendees must comply with event rules, venue policies, and any instructions provided by event staff. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the event’s purpose.

Payments & Refunds

All registration fees, booth fees, sponsorships, and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

Cancellations & Changes

Ultimate Shop Small Events LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or low participation. In such cases, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants.

Liability

Participants attend events at their own risk. Ultimate Shop Small Events LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents involving personal property or persons during events.

Photos & Marketing

By attending or participating, you grant permission for photos or videos taken at events to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All event branding, logos, content, and materials are the property of Ultimate Shop Small Events LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

Agreement

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
